We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a middle-management position focused on digital marketing performance analysis, coordination with external agencies, and structured reporting.
The successful candidate will consolidate campaign results, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management. This role is strategic and analytical, without hands-on creative execution.
You will act as a bridge between our team and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations, timely reporting, and effective process management.

Petra Group is a leading Georgian development company specializing in luxury resort projects across the country — from the Black Sea coast to the Caucasus Mountains.
Key Responsibilities:
** Coordinate daily digital marketing activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders
** Monitor and analyze campaign performance (leads, awareness, CTA performance, CPL, ROI, and other KPIs)
** Prepare structured reports for senior management and contribute to strategic planning
** Consolidate performance data across multiple campaigns and platforms
** Support early-stage campaign planning and provide strategic input
** Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in reporting
** Ensure alignment of agency work with business goals and marketing strategy
Required Qualifications:
** Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in middle-management roles
** Experience working with external agencies and international campaigns
** Strong analytical and reporting skills
** Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is a plus)
** Ability to manage budgets and track campaign ROI
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
** Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
