Main Duties/Responsibilities:

** Organize, manage, and supervise all administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the company.
** Plan, coordinate, and control general purchasing activities in line with company policies and procedures.
** Supervise the work of purchasing personnel and ensure that all related processes are managed correctly.
** Submitting the necessary reports to the finance department regarding purchasing operations in a timely manner.
** Choose, arrange, and book suitable hotels for company personnel and guests in accordance with company standards and budget.
** Organize the procurement and booking of air, bus, and train tickets for company employees and visitors in a timely and cost-effective manner.
** Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of terminal and common areas.
** Carry out import and export operations related to company needs in compliance with applicable legislation and internal procedures.
** Prepare required and mandatory documentation for the broker company and coordinate customs clearance processes.
** Organize and monitor customs procedures, ensuring proper and timely handling of imported and exported goods.
** Maintain effective communication with travel agencies, hotels, broker companies, customs authorities, and other external service providers.
** Ensure proper record keeping of administrative, procurement and customs documentation.

Main Requirements:

** Higher education (Bachelor`s degree or equivalent required).
** Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, administration or a similar managerial/coordination role.
** Experience in purchasing and logistics.
** Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation requirements. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
** Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an asset.
** Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with formal documentation.
** Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
