Architecture & Interior Design Studio is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Architectural designer - Project Manager.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural designer - Project Manager to join our growing architecture and interior design studio. The selected candidate will work on U.S.-based and international projects, participating in architectural, interior, and exterior design, as well as supporting project coordination from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
** Participate in architectural, interior, and exterior design development
** Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation
** Support project coordination from concept to completion
** Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
** Assist with schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
** Work on U.S.-based projects using American standards
** Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements
Required Qualifications
** Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture / interior design
** Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
** English proficiency -C1 level
** Georgian Language knowledge.
** Strong communication and coordination skills
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
** Good understanding of architectural workflows
** Fast learning
** Project management experience
Preferred / Strong Plus
** Experience in AI architectural designs, interior and exterior
** Knowledge of Structural and MEP systems (major plus)
** Experience working on U.S. or international projects
** Knowledge of Feet & Inches measurement system
** Experience with Photoshop
** Experience with 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
Compensation & Collaboration Terms
** Salary: 2, 200 - 3, 500 GEL, based on experience
