Key Responsibilities
** Handle customer inquiries in Hungarian and English
** Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to customers
** Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
** Document customer interactions and follow internal processes
** Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
** Maintain a high level of service quality and customer care standards
Requirements
** Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English (mandatory)
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
** Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
** Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
** Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
