OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS - EBAYouth Academy 2026
The European Business Association (EBA), through its EBAYouth Wing, announces an Open Call for Applications for the EBAYouth Academy 2026.
The EBAYouth Academy is a flagship youth development program implemented in partnership with the International School of Economics (ISET) and supported by leading EBA member companies. The program equips motivated university students with practical skills, leadership competencies, and direct exposure to Georgia`s and the EU`s business environments.
What the Program Includes:
** 10-12 expert-led training modules on career development, leadership, and business fundamentals
** Corporate study visits to leading EBA member companies
** Masterclasses and practical workshops delivered by industry professionals
** Networking and mentorship opportunities with business leaders and peers
** Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion and become members of the EBAYouth Alumni Network.
What You Will Gain:
** Practical career readiness skills, such as CV writing, interview skills
** Strong soft skills, including leadership, teamwork, and public speaking
** First-hand understanding of business operations and labor markets
** An expanded professional network and career development opportunities
** Pathways to continued engagement within EBAYouth after graduation
Who Can Apply:
** Undergraduate university students from all faculties
** Applicants interested in business, economics, policy, innovation, or career development
** Highly motivated students committed to personal and professional growth
Eligibility requirements:
** Being student of any Georgian universities
** English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Approximately 25-30 participants will be selected.
Selection Process:
** Stage 1: Application form
** Stage 2: Interview with shortlisted candidates
Final selection will be based on application quality and interview performance.
Program Duration: March - June 2026
