Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an Offline Marketing Manager who is comfortable working "in the field" and understands how offline marketing activities generate real clients for the sales department.
Offline Marketing Manager
Location: Tbilisi, Vake district (city center)
Work format: Office-based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Salary: 1, 700 GEL + performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities:
** Planning and managing offline marketing activities for MAUDI GROUP projects
** Working with outdoor advertising, the sales office, and printed materials
** Ongoing cooperation with designers (preparing clear technical briefs)
** Writing marketing and content texts in Georgian, English, and Russian
** Organizing and conducting presentations and events
** Working with real estate agencies and business partners
** Generating offline leads for the sales department
** Managing contractors, timelines, and budgets
** Planning and analyzing the effectiveness of offline marketing activities
** Being responsible for the company`s reputation in media and online channels
Requirements:
Required:
** At least 1 year of experience in offline marketing (ideally in real estate, B2B, or B2C projects)
** Clear understanding of how offline marketing generates clients based on a marketing plan
** Strong organizational skills and responsibility
** Ability to complete tasks and deliver results
Important:
** Strong communication skills
** Structured and analytical thinking
** Initiative and ability to work independently
