Responsibilities:
** Lead architectural projects from concept through detailed design and execution stages
** Manage and control CAD and BIM models, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance
** Produce, review, and coordinate detailed drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications
** Develop high-quality architectural renderings, visualisations, and design presentations
** Prepare professional presentations and documentation using Adobe Creative Suite
** Utilise AI-based architectural tools to support design development, automation, visualisation, and data-driven decision-making
** Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants for integrated project delivery
** Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements
** Support construction execution through site coordination, technical clarifications, and design reviews
** Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies
** Maintain high standards of quality control across all architectural deliverables
** Mentor junior architects and oversee their technical and design outputs
** Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors in clear, professional English.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Architecture
** 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
** Advanced proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent)
** Strong expertise in detailed design, construction documentation, and execution support
** Proficiency in architectural rendering and visualization tools (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, or similar)
** Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
** Practical experience with AI applications in architecture, such as design optimisation, generative design, automation, visualisation enhancement, or documentation support
** Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
** Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interdisciplinary coordination
** Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Advantages:
** Experience with AI-assisted BIM workflows and automation tools Familiarity with computational design, parametric tools, or scripting (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper)
** Experience in Public sector buildings, Institutional, research faculties and facilities, large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
** Knowledge of sustainable and performance-driven design approaches
