We`re looking for a highly organized, clear-thinking Service Dispatcher to help manage our daily operations. You will be the connection point between customers, subcontractors, and our internal team — ensuring jobs are scheduled smoothly, communication is clear, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

We generate high-quality leads, manage the customer relationship from start to finish, and dispatch skilled subcontractors to complete the work. Our goal is to build a highly efficient, multi-market service brand powered by strong systems and great people. We don`t just want to grow — we want to grow the right way.

Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based
Days/Hours: Shift-based, minimum of 5 days a week. First shift 17:00-01:00 and second shift 01:00-09:00.
Salary: Starting at 500 USD

Key Responsibilities:

** Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or software
** Assign jobs to available technicians based on location, skills, and workload
** Monitor job progress and technician status in real time
** Manage same-day emergency dispatches and last-minute changes
** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
** Provide estimated arrival times and service updates
** Handle complaints or escalations and report unresolved issues to supervisors
** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction
** Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data security guidelines
** Maintain constant communication with locksmith technicians in the field
** Ensure technicians have clear job details (address, job type, customer info)
** Follow up to confirm job completion and gather feedback or issues
** Operate dispatch and CRM software to track jobs, update statuses, and log notes
** Generate daily/weekly reports on completed and pending jobs
** Ensure accuracy in data entry and job documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

** Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or field coordination is preferred
** Knowledge of English language is a must (B2-C2 level)
** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
** Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset

Work Conditions:

** Shift-based schedule (including weekends, at least 5 shifts during the week)
** Must be comfortable working with urgent calls and under time pressure
