Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in organizing international Air and Multimodal transportation.
Languages: Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
Professional Skills
** Strong knowledge of Air and Multimodal transportation processes
** Good understanding of international laws and conventions in Air and Multimodal transport.
** Searching for new forwarders and carriers.
** Solid knowledge of transportation and shipping documentation.
** Experience in coordinating shipments and transportation process.
** Ability to calculate and select optimal delivery scheme, cost efficiency and transit time.
** Excellent business communication in phone, email, and meetings.
** Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
** Organize and control shipments
** Coordinate transportation with freight forwarders
** Find and negotiate with new freight partners
** Inform clients about shipment status
** Prepare and check transport documents
** Improve delivery solutions
** Develop relationships with clients
** Control payments and debts
** Enter information into internal systems
** Prepare regular reports
