Flex is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Senior Java Developer.
What you`ll do:
** Design API-first, event-driven workflows for the lending lifecycle
** Build and evolve backend services in Java
** Contribute to frontend work 10-20% of the time using React for internal tools
** Drive fast delivery using AI-assisted development
** Work closely with product and QA to ship quality from day one
What we`re looking for:
** 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
** Strong hands-on Java expertise
** React experience required (Angular-only profiles will not fit)
** Experience building API-centric, integration-heavy systems
** Solid understanding of event-driven and distributed systems
** Experience with PostgreSQL and Docker
** Strong ownership mindset and architectural thinking
