"Radisson RED Tbilisi" is looking for a Sales Creative to join our team on a temporary basis for 4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Creative supports the strategic plans and objectives of the Sales Department. This role requires a supportive, hands-on, methodical, and business-focused approach, creating memorable moments for our guests while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and collaborating closely with the Head of Department and key stakeholders to deliver quality results.

The role holder acts as an ambassador of the brand, reflecting the company culture and values. All tasks are carried out in accordance with Radisson Hotel Group corporate policies, procedures, and service concepts, as well as local regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

** Supporting the smooth operation of the Sales Department and proactive sales initiatives to maximize total revenue
** Taking responsibility for assigned duties and ensuring timely and professional delivery
** Collaborating with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction through a responsive and solution-oriented approach
** Supporting and executing sales strategies and departmental objectives
** Developing skills, knowledge, and experience within the sales function, aligned with the company`s culture of growth and performance
** Collaborating with the Head of Department to ensure inventory management, productivity targets, and performance levels are achieved
** Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
** Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, due diligence, and audit requirements

Competencies & Skills Requirements:

** Previous experience in sales
** Passion for the hospitality industry
** Pro-active, hands-on, and adaptable approach
** Strong communication and listening skills
** Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
** Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide recommendations
