Location: Remote
Work Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: Shift-based, 6-hour shifts
Equipment Required:
** PC or Laptop
** Stable internet connection
Payment Details:
Training and Studying Phase
** Total payment: $200
** Paid for the first 14-20 days of studying and training
First Phase - Junior Operator
** $400-$700
** Paid during the first 30-60 days after training
Second Phase - Member
** $600-$1200
** Monthly pay for the following months
Third Phase - Autonomous Operator
** $800-$1500
** Higher responsibility and earning potential
Management Positions:
** $1400 and above
** Available through internal promotion
Job Responsibilities:
** Live chat customer support
** Assisting customers with gaming services and orders
** Assigning and tracking service orders
** Communicating with internal teams and service providers
** Handling customer questions, complaints, and issues
** Maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
** Strong written English
** Fast typing skills
** Customer-focused and reliable
** Willingness to learn (training provided)
** Comfortable using chat tools and Discord
** Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if needed
** Self-disciplined and responsible when working remotely
