We are expanding our team and currently looking for a Sales Executive to join us.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Responsibilities/Duties:

** Take ownership of assigned sales tasks and work independently to achieve goals.
** Identify potential clients and assist in client acquisition.
** Maintain relationships with existing clients and support key accounts. ** Track your own sales activity and report progress toward targets.
** Coordinate with marketing and product teams as needed to support sales efforts.
** Provide basic market insights to help the team improve offerings.

Requirements:

** 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech.
** Strong self-management and ability to work independently.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. ** Results-driven, with experience achieving targets and KPIs.
** Working proficiency in English and Russian.
** Knowledge of the fintech market and industry trends is a plus.

Working Conditions:

** Working schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Friday), 10:00-19:00
** Working Place: Tbilisi, Atoneli 18
