Marketcolor is a London-based creative agency that has been providing Branding, Web design, Communications in the form of animated explainer videos and everything in between since 2012. Job Description - Illustrator (Remote)
Marketcolor has an exciting opening for an illustrator with a background in developing storyboards, icon design and web placeholders.
He/She will initiate the visual design on projects across branding and communications. The role requires a passionate and self-starting team player who demonstrates a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, a flair for design and be an excellent communicator with the creative team. We are looking for an illustrator to conceptualise fresh and inspiring visual concepts that bring our clients` story to life.

** Can translate brand strategy into narrative-driven storyboards and 2D & 3D-based visual concepts.
** Work to a brief whilst being able to provide the client with a product that stretches beyond what they thought was possible to achieve.
** Are able to derive creative meaning from your work in a way that connects it to the client brief.
** Are passionate about applying a wide-range of influences to typography, illustration and design work.
** Take initiative when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
** Are a solution-oriented thinker that thrives when presented with a challenge.
Core Requirements:
** Proven experience as an Illustrator, with an extensive portfolio showcasing diverse design projects with an emphasis on brand identity and image making.
** Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
** Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines.
** Proficiency in Adobe CS - Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
** Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
** Proficient communication skills to work with a creative team and to action client feedback effectively.
** An agile approach to working across a varying and eclectic range of projects simultaneously.
** Experience of working on projects that have connected a brand with its audience.
** A good level of written and verbal English.
