** Prepare and cook steaks and menu items to a high standard
** Control cooking levels, seasoning, and presentation
** Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
** Follow food safety procedures
** Assist with preparation and stock organization
** Perform efficiently during peak hours

Requirements:

** Previous cooking experience (grill or steakhouse experience preferred)
** Knowledge of meat cuts and doneness levels
** Ability to work under pressure
** Clean, organized, and reliable
** Team player
