Location: Design Hotel & Private Spa - The Tbilisi Edition (heart of Tbilisi city center)
About the Role:
Join our stylish boutique hotel where modern design meets warm Georgian hospitality! We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and truly service-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Tbilisi Edition. As the first point of contact, you`ll play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests in our elegant rooms, private spa, and vibrant atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities:
** Warmly greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
** Efficiently manage check-in, check-out, and reservation processes
** Handle guest inquiries, payments, and provide detailed information about rooms, spa services, facilities, and local attractions
** Coordinate smoothly with housekeeping, spa, restaurant, and other departments
** Keep the lobby tidy, organized, and inviting at all times
** Resolve guest requests and issues quickly and professionally
** Maintain accurate documentation and follow hotel standards & procedures
Requirements:
** Previous hotel reception or front office experience is a strong advantage
** Excellent communication and customer service skills
** Fluent in English (Georgian and/or Russian are a big plus!)
** Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality
** Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
** Basic computer skills (experience with Property Management Systems/PMS is beneficial)
