The Apple Premium Partner Team in Georgia (ASBC | iSpace) is looking for a qualified and business-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our team and support the company in corporate, contractual, and compliance-related matters.
This role combines legal expertise with business-oriented thinking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
** Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies
** Ensure the company`s compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
** Support corporate governance processes, including preparation of resolutions and internal documentation
** Advise management on legal risks and risk-mitigation strategies
** Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and other authorities
** Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on company activities
** Support dispute resolution and litigation-related matters when required
Requirements:
** Degree in Law
** Valid license to practice (considered an advantage)
** Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law (In house or law firm)
** Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
** Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and compliance regulations
** Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
** High level of integrity, discretion, and professional ethics
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
** Previous experience in retail is considered an advantage
