What You`ll Do:
** Lead investigations, monitor and analyze transactions for potential AML/CFT risks.
** Participate in development and management of the compliance policies and procedures.
** Utilize advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent risky activities.
** Submit a report to the FMS.
** Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance our compliance framework.
What We`re Looking For:
** Proven AML experience in a banking environment, minimum 3 years.
** Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.
** Experience in cryptocurrencies (preferred).
** Strong analytical and investigative skills.
** Experience with monitoring tools and systems.
