Borbalo is a Georgian app for drivers that helps users manage vehicle-related services in one place, managing traffic and parking tickets fines, checking fuel prices, and other services like Radar which alerts you of traffic cameras ahead.

We are looking for a Proactive Sales & Customer Care Specialist to join our team and ensure our users receive the best possible experience while promoting the full value of the Borbalo application.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves both inbound and outbound communication, with an initial heavy focus on outbound calls to recently registered users.

** Outbound Communication (Sales Focus): Proactively call newly registered users to welcome them, explain the app`s key features, confirm their setup, and address any initial questions they may have. This function also involves soft-selling/encouraging the adoption of premium or advanced features to maximize user engagement.
** Inbound Support: Handle and resolve user inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
** User Education: Guide users through the app`s various services, including fine management, fuel price checks, and the Radar feature, highlighting the value proposition of each.
** Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or account-related issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
** Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales interactions in the CRM system.
** Feedback collection: Gather and relay user feedback to product and development teams to help improve the Borbalo app and services.

Qualifications:

** 3-5 years of proven experience in b2b and b2c sales or business development.
** Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
** Demonstrated ability to design and manage sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
** Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on results and long-term growth.
** Proactive leadership style and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
** Fluency in Georgian and English (written and spoken).
** Experience in mobility, automotive, or digital technology industries will be considered a strong advantage.
