We`re looking for an experienced Senior Business Developer to lead global expansion for a fast-growing international startup backed by Axel.

This role combines strategy, execution, and high-impact ownership across multiple countries.

What You`ll Do

** Build and execute the international sales & BD strategy
** Develop and manage a B2B pipeline (multi-country)
** Lead outreach, meetings, negotiations, and deals
** Build and manage a sales team as we scale
** Drive market research, stakeholder mapping & partner development
** Define customer policies, sales processes, and engagement standards
** Collaborate with local partners, agencies, communities
** Travel frequently to support market entry and partnerships

What We`re Looking For

** 5+ years in business development / B2B sales
** Strong track record in opening new markets and closing deals
** Ability to operate independently and solve complex problems
** Experience in managing or building sales teams (big plus)
** Startup experience or fast-growth environment background
** Excellent communication, negotiation & strategic thinking
** Comfortable with frequent international travel

** International candidates: remote + travel
** Georgian candidates: Tbilisi office
