The educational university "Bau International University, Batumi" LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Manager of Proceedings.

Job responsibilities include:
The content of the work is as follows:
** Assisting the Dean in efficiently managing the administrative, academic, and scientific processes of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences;
** Preparing academic schedules and making necessary adjustments;
** Participating in schedule preparation with the Exam Center within the scope of competence;
** Preparing academic and invited staff workloads together with the Program Director;
** Monitoring the implementation of the academic process according to the academic schedule;
** Preparing individual study plans together with the Program Director;
** Monitoring academic registration in the electronic management system;
** Analyzing academic performance results;
** Preparing diploma supplements (in coordination with the Quality Assurance Office) and issuing them;
** Assigning students to clinical bases, preparing logbooks, and monitoring rotations;
** Recording and monitoring teaching hours conducted by instructors (currently for payroll calculation);
** Recording hours conducted at clinical bases and providing them to the Finance Office for settlement with the bases;
** Performing other duties defined by the university`s internal regulations or arising from the responsibilities of the Academic Process Manager.
Basic qualifications:
** Higher education: preferably in Health/Medicine/Natural Sciences;
** Work experience: experience in a similar position is an advantage;
** English proficiency: at least B2 level;
** Computer skills: Microsoft Office.

** Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to changes;
** Non-confrontational;
** Reliability.
