Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer/Leading Associate at REVERA Law Firm, located in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Lawyer/Leading Associate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in negotiations and disputes. The role also involves conducting legal research, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Working on international private law and Georgian Legislation matters (you will collaborate with foreign colleagues and explore the legal frameworks of various countries, primarily in Europe).
Areas of work:
** Business Law, Corporate Law
** Taxation
** General Practice
** Participation in marketing activities (preparing written publications, attending industry seminars, conferences, etc.)
** Crypto Assets and Licenses
Candidate Profile:
** Strong command of English (B2 or higher) and Russian (B2 or higher).
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Law.
** Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience.
** Valid Georgian advocate license, permitting client representation before courts and authorities.
** Excellent research, drafting, and project management skills.
** High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
** Commitment to exceptional client service standards.
** Working experience in International company/ Law firm will be considered as plus
