We are hiring a full-time English YouTube scriptwriter to create engaging, high-retention scripts for long-form videos. The right person should understand viewer psychology, how to keep people watching, and how to tell a story in a simple but compelling way.
What You Need:
** Fluent English and strong writing skills
** A clear understanding of YouTube retention
** How to create a strong hook
** How to present problems and resolve them
** How to keep viewers interested throughout the script
** Strong research and fact-checking skills
** The ability to take complex topics and explain them in a simple, smooth, and easy-to-follow way
** A storytelling style that keeps the audience from getting bored or losing interest
What You Will Do:
** Research each topic you are given
** Write a 20-30 minute YouTube script based on your findings
Structure each script with:
** A strong hook/intro
** Clear segments that follow a smooth timeline
** A final outro or call to action
** Deliver each script within around three working days
** Write everything manually. You are not allowed to use AI tools or ChatGPT for the writing process.
Work Schedule:
** Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
** Days: Monday to Friday
Trial Task
If you are selected, you will receive a short 10-minute trial script that must be submitted within 48 hours.
