Gudauri Lodge is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
Location Gudauri
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Compensation and Benefits: Company offers competitive salary. Living will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage Food and Beverage Outlet operations
** Support daily Food & Beverage outlet operations and assist in supervising the team
** Help develop menus, maintain inventory and cost records, and ensure compliance with bar and F&B control policies
** Assist with guest feedback review and help resolve service issues promptly
** Support scheduling, budgeting, stock planning, and business forecasting
** Contribute to month-end F&B reports and recipe costing
** Assist with banquet set-ups, service coordination, and ensuring food & beverage quality
** Check meeting room setups and support maximizing banquet sales and guest satisfaction
** Provide coaching to staff and support training and recruitment
** Help maintain brand standards, interdepartmental communication, and smooth operations
Requirements:
** At Least 2 years of Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience
** Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
** Fluency in English
** The right candidate should have an open and creative mind and be an excellent communicator/motivator
** Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
** High sense of responsibility and punctuality
** Strong managerial, communication and interpersonal skills
** Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
** Detail oriented, able to work and make decisions independently
