Our company is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments.
** Ensure recruitment practices comply with Georgian Labor Law and internal policies.
** Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, career platforms, and direct sourcing.
** Conduct initial interviews and coordinate competency-based assessments.
** Schedule interviews with department managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
** Prepare job postings, job descriptions, and ensure they are aligned with internal standards.
** Communicate application status, feedback, and next steps promptly and respectfully.
** Represent the company`s brand and culture in all recruitment interactions.
** Support employer branding initiatives, including social media hiring content and career page updates.
** Participate in job fairs, aviation events, and university recruitment programs.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
** Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
** Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
** Ability to screen CVs and conduct structured interviews.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.
