The Role:
You will lead customer implementations as well as internal IT and software projects from planning to delivery. This role combines project management with client communication, so you`ll work closely with technical teams, leadership, and international partners.
Your Responsibilities:
** Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients
** Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams
** Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
** Translate business requirements into structured technical tasks
** Oversee testing, configuration, and go-live
** Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to leadership

Minimum Qualifications:
** Excellent English skills (C1+). German is a strong advantage
** At least 3 years of experience in a project-focused or implementation-related role within a software company
** Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders such as clients, developers, and service providers simultaneously
** Strong organizational skills and effective time management
** Experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
** Experience with SaaS, CRM, or ERP systems
** Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
** Experience working with international or distributed teams.

Die Rolle:
Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Kundenimplementierungen sowie internen IT- und Softwareprojekten - von der Planung bis zur Auslieferung. Die Rolle verbindet Projektmanagement mit direkter Kundenkommunikation. Sie arbeiten eng mit technischen Teams, dem Management und internationalen Partnern zusammen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
** Verantwortung für das Onboarding und die Implementierung von Enterprise-Kundinnen
** Koordination von Zeitplänen, Ressourcen und Deliverables über mehrere Teams hinweg
** Hauptansprechpartnerin für Kund*innen. Sicherstellung klarer Kommunikation und Erwartungsabstimmung
** Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in strukturierte technische Aufgaben
** Aufsicht über Testing, Konfiguration und Go-Live
** Regelmäßiges Reporting zu Projektstatus, Risiken und Meilensteinen an die Geschäftsführung
** Was Sie mitbringen.
Mindestqualifikationen:
** Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1+). Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großer Vorteil
** Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer projektbezogenen oder implementierungsnahen Rolle in einem Softwareunternehmen
** Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Stakeholder gleichzeitig zu managen (Kundinnen, Entwicklerinnen, Dienstleister)
** Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und effektives Zeitmanagement
** Erfahrung mit agilen oder hybriden Projektmethoden.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:
** Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
** Erfahrung mit SaaS-, CRM- oder ERP-Systemen
** Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
** Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen oder verteilten Teams
