Development company Loft Towers announces a vacancy for the position of Hotel Project Design Architect.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Architect with proven experience in designing international-standard hotel projects (4-5 stars). The ideal candidate will manage the entire architectural process from concept to construction, ensuring full compliance with global hotel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop architectural concepts based on Wyndham brand standards
** Lead all project stages: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation,
** Plan and design hotel operational flows (FOH & BOH planning)
** Develop guestroom layouts, suites, public areas, F&B outlets, SPA, wellness, conference & event spaces
** Ensure full Brand Standards Compliance for international hospitality brands
** Create and coordinate complex BIM models
** Collaborate with structural, MEP, FF&E, interior design, lighting, landscape and facade engineering teams
** Select materials, finishes, architectural systems and technical solutions
** Participate in Value Engineering processes
** Conduct author supervision and review construction quality on-site
** Ensure timely delivery of all architectural packages
Technical Requirements:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
** Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hotel, mixed-use, or high-end commercial project design
** Experience working with international hotel brands (Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHG) — strong advantage
** Advanced proficiency in the following software:
** AutoCAD
** Revit (mandatory)
** SketchUp
** 3ds Max / V-Ray
** Enscape / Lumion
** Rhino / Grasshopper
** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
** Bluebeam
** Navisworks (Clash Detection)
** BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
** MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
** Excellent understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation
** Knowledge of NFPA, ADA, IBC, and international building codes
** Strong understanding of architectural materials, systems and construction technologies
** Experience in Hospitality Planning (Circulation, Zoning, Back-of-House logistics)

** Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
** Exceptional attention to detail
** Effective communication and teamwork skills
** Strong time-management and project coordination abilities
Languages:
** English - mandatory (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced: B2-C1)
** Additional languages (Russian, Turkish) are a plus
