JSC Chateau Mukhrani is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Wine Bar Manager.
Location: Samgebro Street, Tbilisi
Position type: Full-time
Wine Bar Manager`s responsibilities involves supervision, profitability and sales, reporting, inventory, service, maintenance and marketing. Customer high-class service standards maintenance.
Main responsibilities & Duties are:
** Plan, forecast, report on Wine Bar sales, costs and business performance;
** Plan and implement Wine Bar merchandising;
** Optimize and sustain Wine Bar sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction;
** Manage Wine Bar cash and payment systems, costs and overhead, schedule expenditures;
** Maintain Wine Bar inventories;
** Identify, plan, and execute the promotional activities and events to increase sales;
** Identify new target audience and business opportunities to increase sales;
** Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
** Set quality and safety controls;
** Source and train staff to best fit the company standards.
Needed qualification & Skills:
** 2+ years` sales and management experience;
** Business driven with numerical and budgeting skills;
** Computer aptitude and experience with word processors;
** Fluency in written and spoken Georgian, English and Russian;
** High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; Solid team player;
** Relationship, outstanding verbal communication and service + oriented;
** Experience in hospitality business will be a plus;
** Diplomatic and good negotiation skills;
** Self-disciplined with good time management skills.
