SGS Georgia is announcing a vacancy as below:
Position: Back office / operations coordinator (Minerals)
Reports: Business Operations Manager
** To assist MIN Department management in achieving targets and mission of the Department
** To be responsible for daily needs and operations of the Department according to the level responsibility as well as providing technical support
** Ensure correctness and integrity of field inspection data by checking field inspection reports provided by field staff and data processing
** Maintain proper correspondence and communication both internally and externally within department and with customers to ensure proper information exchange and feedback
** Provide timely and efficient feedback to clients through reporting and communication
** Proper documentation and filing
** Provide operations support to the department
** Participate and complete required on-job training courses to ensure constant qualification improvement and professional growth
** Coordinate samples and documentation dispatch to ensure timely and proper delivery as per clients and HSE requirements
** Process client nominations up to issuance of final inspection certificate
Qualifications:
** Bachelor degree
** 3+ experience in administrative work / customer care
** Fluency in Georgian, English & Russian languages
Skills:
** Strong time management skills
** Strong communication skills
** Proficiency in Ms Office programs
** Advanced Excel User
** Knowledge of other software programs is an advantage
