Helvetas and WINS Global Consult are looking for an expert in regional economics, Samegrelo region.
The successful candidate is trained as an economist, lawyer, social scientist, or related field expertise. S/he has 8 years of work experience in public sector, consultancy or international organisations and is experienced in institutional analysis.
The task is to develop an institutional analysis of local economic development in Samegrelo. The analysis will comprise of document analysis, data collection in the region, and will result in drafting a study on institutional analysis of Samegrelo. We envisage up to ten consulting days spread over a period of one month.
