We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our small but well-established Mexican bar-restaurant in Tbilisi.
We have been operating for 3 years, during which we have built a strong community and a loyal base of regular guests. We offer traditional Mexican cuisine together with a vibrant bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate can lead the front-of-house team, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Working Hours (5 days per week):
** Mon-Thu: 13:00 - 23:00
** Fri-Sat: 15:00 - 02:00
** Sun: 15:00 - 22:00
Specific 5 working days will be scheduled within these hours.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
** English speaking
** Ability to manage front staff and ensure high-quality service
** Strong organisational and leadership skills
** Reliability, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
** Ability to communicate with suppliers and manage orders
** Ability to coordinate and collaborate with the kitchen team (including supervising the Chef)
