BQ Construction Equipments LLC is a Chinese company and is seeking a reliable and proactive Equipment Assistant to support our tower crane operations in Georgia.
This role focuses on equipment inspection, on-site documentation, and basic inventory checks.
Training will be provided.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Monitoring
** Visit project sites regularly to check tower crane condition.
** Take photos/videos to document equipment status.
** Record operating status and visible issues.
** Maintain structured logs for equipment usage, location, and condition.
2. On-site Participation & Documentation
** Attend equipment delivery and record unloading conditions.
** Be present during installation (erection) to document progress.
** Attend dismantling activities and record equipment condition.
** Prepare simple reports with photos, dates, and notes.
3. warehouse & Yard Inspection
** Conduct routine visits to the storage yard.
** Check quantity and condition of tower crane sections and parts.
** Document inventory movement (in/out) with photos and notes.
** Prepare weekly or monthly inventory reports.
4. General Operational Support
** Assist with arranging site visits or maintenance schedules.
** Communicate with warehouse staff or site personnel for basic information.
** Support administrative work related to equipment tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
** English communication skills (reading and speaking).
** Own car and valid driving license (required).
** Ability to work remotely and submit reports online.
** Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
** Ability to take clear photos/videos and organize simple reports.
** Familiarity with Excel or basic data entry.
** Experience in construction, logistics, or site supervision is a plus.
What We Offer:
** Salary: 2200-2700Gel per month, depending on experience.
** Transportation allowance if required.
