Sales Assistant plays an important role in assisting, data analytics for Apple KAM and also focuses on the interaction between the local KAM team and other departments.

Key functions:

** Sales and support for retail partners:
** Support the implementation of Apple product sales strategies through partner retail networks.
** Track sell-in and sell-out metrics for Apple products at retail locations.
** Coordinate product placement, price updates, and marketing materials with partners.
** Demand forecasting and distribution:
** Collaborate with sales, logistics, and retail partners to forecast demand.
** Monitor inventory levels and propose replenishment or redistribution solutions based on POS data and market trends.
** Prepare rolling forecasts for upcoming sales periods and key events (e.g., new product launches, holiday seasons).

Promotions and rebates:

** Coordinate Apple promotional campaigns and ensure they are launched on time in retail chains.
** Collecting, verifying, and submitting documents for promotional compensation in accordance with Apple or distributor rules.
** Maintaining accurate records of campaign effectiveness and compensation status.

Qualifications and skills:

** A successful track record as an analyst will be a plus.
** Excellent customer focus and networking skills.
** Knowledge of Russian at an intermediate level.
** Results-oriented, stress-resistant, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work, autonomy and responsibility in decision making.
