Astra Dental Clinic is a modern dental clinic in Tbilisi, focused on quality, comfort and patient care.
Responsibilities:
** Patient support at all stages of treatment.
** Coordination of schedules of visits and interaction of specialists.
** Maintaining contact with patients, answering questions.
** Assistance in calculating the cost of treatment and paperwork.
** Patient support, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
** Maintaining patient data in the Bitrix24 CRM.
Requirements:
** Experience as a sales manager is a must!
** Dental experience will be an advantage!
** Excellent communication skills, competent speech.
** Empathy, listening and understanding skills.
** Organization, responsibility
** Stress tolerance and multitasking skills.
** Skills in constructive conflict resolution and handling objections.
** Knowledge of Russian, Georgian and English is a must!
** Confident PC ownership.
Conditions:
** Work in a friendly team of a modern clinic in Tbilisi.
** Opening hours: 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00
** Salary: from 2000 to 5000 (depending on work results)
** A comfortable workplace.
