An international watch brand`s manufacturing facility, located in Tbilisi, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Watch Assembler (Watchmaker) to join its growing production team. The ideal candidate will have at least basic experience in watch assembly or repair and a strong interest in developing professionally within a global-standard manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
** Perform precise assembly of mechanical and quartz watch movements in accordance with established technical standards;
** Conduct component inspections and ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures;
** Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues within the mechanisms;
** Maintain compliance with safety protocols and international production requirements throughout all stages of work.
Required Qualifications:
** Practical experience working with watch mechanisms (mechanical and quartz);
** Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of precision in technical tasks;
** Strong sense of accountability for the quality and accuracy of completed work;
** Preferably, relevant vocational education or completion of a certified watchmaking/technical course;
** Interest and aptitude in watch assembly, micro-mechanical processes, and fine technical work;
** Solid technical mindset and ability to handle delicate instruments with accuracy and care.
