Proxied is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Requirements:
** You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.
** Response to incoming complaints and request
** You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Answering incoming customer calls and e-mails.
** Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
** You are fluent in English language and you have professional working proficiency
** CRM experience
** At least 1 year of experience in the service industry.
** You are located in Tbilisi.
Skills:
** Effective communication skills with customers
** Experience with standard software applications, including MS office, Windows, etc.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** High sense of responsibility
** Organizational skills and effective time management
** Calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset
** Ability to multitask

** Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary: 1600 Gel.
