Since 2022, the company`s online store has also been launched, available both as a website and a mobile application.

"2 Nabiji" is one of the largest employers in the labor market, currently employing around 5, 000 people. Our goal is to achieve maximum efficiency, and we firmly believe that this can be accomplished only through a team of top professionals.

The company "2 Nabiji" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Private Label Products (PL) Development Manager.

** Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
** Work location: Tbilisi, Elizbar Mindeli St. #3

Main functions of the Private Label (PL) Development Manager:

** Research on international markets and analysis of suppliers and manufacturers.
** Identification of major suppliers in both local and international markets, communication with them, and maintenance of a corresponding registry.
** Detailed study of suppliers and their products according to the characteristics defined by existing standards and requesting product samples from them.
** Establishment, maintenance and further development of supplier relationships.
** Selection of received samples based on the company`s pricing policy, regulatory/legal requirements, and marketing criteria.
** Submission of samples received to the Quality Management Manager for laboratory testing to ensure product quality control.
** Based on the analysis of test results, selection of final product options and presentation to management.
** Full-cycle management of negotiations and contract signing process with suppliers.
** Collaboration with designers on packaging and branding matters for private label products.
** Inventory control in cooperation with the stock management team.
** Continuous research for alternative procurement markets and suppliers.

Key Qualification requirements:

** Higher education, preferably in Business Administration.
** 2 years of experience working as a PL Development Manager, Import or Brand Manager.
** Experience working with international companies and conducting negotiations with international suppliers (a must).
** Fluent knowledge of English language (B2).
** Proficiency in MS Office programs (particularly Excel).
