Position Summary
The AI Automation Engineer at Bloomex will be responsible for designing, developing, and
deploying AI-driven automations and intelligent agents that streamline operations, enhance
productivity, and unlock new business capabilities. This role requires both engineering expertise
to build hands-on solutions and architectural thinking to design scalable AI frameworks that can
grow with the company`s needs. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a strategist — able to
identify opportunities for automation, architect efficient solutions, and deliver measurable
business impact.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent & Automation Development
** Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations across marketing, sales, operations, and customer service functions.
** Develop custom AI agents to handle tasks such as data processing, campaign optimization, reporting, and customer interactions.
** Integrate AI workflows with APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and internal tools.
Architecture & System Design
** Architect scalable AI frameworks and automation pipelines that can handle growth and cross-departmental usage.
** Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and other knowledge management systems.
** Ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
Workflow Optimization
** Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes across the business and propose automation solutions.
** Build workflows that reduce time, errors, and costs while improving output quality.
** Establish best practices for automation deployment and monitoring.
Data & Model Integration
** Work with structured and unstructured data to enable effective AI applications.
** Connect large language models (LLMs) and other AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) into production workflows.
** Continuously test and fine-tune AI agents for accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration & Innovation
** Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and IT teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
** Present prototypes and solution roadmaps to leadership for review and rollout.
** Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to keep Bloomex competitive.
Qualifications and Requirements:
** Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered automations or agents.
** Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and automation platforms.
** Hands-on development experience with Python, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
** Experience with system architecture, including scaling AI systems for enterprise use.
** Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
** Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, CRM/analytics platforms) is a strong asset.
** Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
** Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
