Personal Assistant to the CEO

Payments: Twice per month

Work format: Hybrid or traveling, on-site, remote
Working with the CEO.
Responsibilities:
** Administrative support: Correspondence and phone calls with Georgian and foreign companies, document management.
** Lifestyle management: Organizing and supporting the family`s daily affairs and tasks (medical care, scheduling various services, shopping and delivery, grocery ordering, assistance with paperwork, paying bills), and resolving personal issues.
** Travel support: Travel arrangements, visa support, travel itineraries, itineraries, transportation booking, ticket and hotel reservations, cultural program organization, and informational support.
** Concierge service: Reserving tables at restaurants, organizing leisure activities (theaters, exhibitions), family events, ordering and delivering gifts, etc.
Requirements:
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English, at least at level B2.
** Higher education.
** Ability to work with large volumes of information: searching, structuring, processing, and presenting.
** Multitasking, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
** Effective communication skills.
** Literacy, knowledge of business correspondence rules and skills, business communication, business etiquette, and dress code.
** Relevant work experience of at least 2 years.
Conditions:
** Salary is negotiable with the final candidate, starting from $1, 000.
** Flexible working hours (5/2), available 24/7, willingness to travel.
** Hybrid work schedule.
** Probationary period: 3 months.
