Job Description:
Position: Product Designer
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
** Design new game concepts and visual experiences, including game mechanics;
** Research and analyze user behavior, motivation, and emotional engagement;
** Create high and low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes;
** Build and manage the design system and component library;
** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX researcher, game developers, product owners) in an Agile environment;
** Maintain visual and brand consistency across all gaming products.
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years of experience as a product designer in games or game-like products;
** Strong portfolio in complex, interactive UI/UX design for web and mobile;
** Advanced proficiency in Figma
** Understanding of UX research principles and data-driven design
** Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
** Attention to detail, animation, and motion design;
** Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
