Public Relations Department -
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
** Bachelor`s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
** Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related roles.
** Experience working with media outlets, managing press relations, and coordinating public events.
Skills and Competencies:
** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
** Media Relations: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
** Crisis Management: Experience in managing public relations crises with a calm, strategic approach. ** Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand promotion and engagement, including content creation and analytics.
Analytical Skills:
** Ability to analyze PR campaigns, media coverage, and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
** Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
** Media Relations: Draft and distribute press releases, respond to media inquiries, and organize press conferences.
** Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for press releases, speeches, blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
** Event Coordination: Plan and execute public relations events, including press conferences, product launches, and corporate events.
** Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage, public perception, and PR campaign success, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Technical Requirements:
** Proficiency in PR management software and tools.
** Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
