KPI Studios is looking for an experienced Renovation Supervisor (Foreman) with their own renovation team to carry out "turnkey" renovations of apartments and commercial spaces (from 30 to 140 m²).
Key Objective:
Efficiently manage 5-7 renovation projects simultaneously while maintaining premium quality at every stage.
Main Responsibilities:
** Organize and supervise the work of the renovation team across all sites according to the approved schedule.
** Take full responsibility for meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring premium-quality results for each project.
** Maintain project documentation, order and receive materials.
** Communicate daily with project managers, designers, and suppliers.
** Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman in residential and commercial renovation.
** Own verified renovation team (minimum 3 people) capable of performing all types of renovation work.
** Ability to read drawings and technical project documentation; knowledge of premium renovation technologies.
** Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to multitask (manage 5-7 projects simultaneously).
** Knowledge of the Russian language is mandatory.
