Georgian Service Network (GSN) is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Business Development Manager for the POS software "I-Cash". For more information about the product, please visit the website: https://icash.ge/ka

Key Responsibilities:

** Develop and execute business development strategies for "I-Cash"
** Identify New Horizons: Research markets, analyze trends, and understand customer needs to uncover untapped opportunities and target new clients and markets.
** Forge Strategic Alliances: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
** Shape the Future: Develop and implement innovative business strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and expansion goals.
** Drive Deals to Success: Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure optimal terms.
** Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align business objectives and drive continuous improvement based on client feedback.
** Track Progress and Performance: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
** Be involved in the training and education process of employees regarding the I-Cash program
** Monitoring the quality of sales and service of I-Cash;
** Creating and providing instructions for service and sales to employees
** Update Trello (or another application for tasks management) board according to the instructions of the CEO
** Prepare and analyzing different types of reports.

Qualifications:

** Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a must.
** Previous 3+ years of experience in Senior positions in business development, sales, project management or marketing is absolutely required.
** A strong understanding of the Marketing, Sales and financial services industry or a related niche is a must.
** Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal) is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
** Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) familiarity with CRM tools is a must.
** Strong expertise in operational efficiency, customer success, and digital academic service delivery.
** Excellent analytical skills for interpreting KPIs, performance metrics, and customer data.
** Exceptional communication, presentation and customer relationship management abilities.
** Advanced project management skills, capable of leading strategic, cross-departmental initiatives.
