Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Type: Full-time from 10:00 AM local time (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

We`re looking for a Project & Implementation Manager - someone confident leading cross-functional teams, managing enterprise clients, and turning complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.
The Role
You`ll lead client implementations and internal IT and software projects from planning to delivery. The position blends project management with client communication, so you`ll work closely with technical teams, leadership, and international partners.
You`ll:
** Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers.
** Coordinate timelines, resources, and delivery across teams.
** Act as the main contact for clients, keeping progress and expectations aligned.
** Translate business requirements into technical actions.
** Oversee testing, configuration, and go-live handovers.
Report on project health, risks, and milestones to leadership.
What You`ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
** Excellent English (C1+). German is a strong plus.
** 3+ years in a client-facing project or implementation role at a software company.
** Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders — clients, developers, vendors — with clear and confident communication.
** Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
** Experience in Agile or hybrid project setups.
Preferred Qualifications
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
** Experience with SaaS, CRM, or ERP systems.
** Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset.
** Experience working with distributed or international teams.
