Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Type: Full-time from 10:00 AM local time (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

We`re now expanding internationally and hiring a Sales & Growth Lead — someone confident, curious, and eager to grow fast in a respectful, collaborative environment. You`ll gain direct experience with international clients in industries like events, pharma, and consulting, while learning modern tools and helping shape how Meetingbox reaches new markets.

The Role

You`ll represent Meetingbox in demos, client meetings, and marketing campaigns — showing prospects how our platform simplifies everything from supplier management to budget forecasting.

This is a supported, experimental role — perfect for someone who enjoys learning quickly, trying new ideas, and contributing to a growing international team. You`ll work closely with the Head of Growth to connect our visibility campaigns with real pipeline outcomes.
You`ll use Apollo, Pipedrive, VideoAsk, and AI-based automations to manage leads, deliver sharp demos, and generate insights that improve campaigns and conversion.

What You`ll Do

** Lead live product demos and walkthroughs in English or German
** Record short, clear demo videos for outreach and marketing use
** Represent Meetingbox in webinars, events, and online client sessions
** Qualify inbound and outbound leads and guide them through the sales funnel
** Collaborate with marketing to align demos, visuals, and messaging
** Capture feedback from prospects and share insights with the product team
** Support new clients post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

What You Bring

** Excellent English; German proficiency strongly preferred
** Confident on camera and comfortable presenting to groups
** Experience in B2B SaaS sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
** Interest in the events, meetings, or service delivery industries
** Curious and analytical — enjoys experimenting, testing, and improving systems
** Comfortable working with international teams and enterprise clients
** Relevant certifications or training are a plus:

1. HubSpot Sales or Marketing
2. Google Analytics / LinkedIn Ads
3. CRM or automation tools (Pipedrive, n8n, Zapier, etc.)

** A portfolio or examples of past SaaS, marketing, or client-facing work is welcome

** Organized, professional, and motivated to progress quickly within a supportive environment

Work Model

** Hybrid: 2 days in the Tbilisi office, 3 days remote
** Occasional travel for events or client meetings
** Supportive, respectful culture — contributions are noticed, and growth is encouraged

Compensation

€1, 400 - €1800 base salary + commission + performance bonuses
Final offer depends on language proficiency, presentation skills, and experience.
