English-Speaking Tour Guide (Georgian or Russian Native)
Position Title: Tour Guide
Reports to: Operations Manager
Languages:
** Excellent command of English (required)
** Native speaker of Georgian and/or Russian
Main Responsibilities:
** Lead and accompany tourist groups on daily tours (mainly) and occasionally on multi-day trips across Georgia.
** Provide engaging and informative explanations about Georgian culture, history, and attractions.
** Coordinate timing, logistics, and cooperation with other tour leaders.
** Assist travelers with translation, communication, and on-site support.
** Represent the company professionally with courtesy, enthusiasm, and cultural awareness.
Working Conditions:
** Full-time position
** Location: Tbilisi and other major tourist destinations in Georgia
Compensation:
Fixed salary: 1, 200 GEL per month
Performance bonus (KPI-based): up to 300 GEL per month, based on service quality and guest satisfaction.
