Brand new Novotel Tbilisi Center hotel (member of Accor S.A.) is inviting to its team experienced IT Manager
Core duties and responsibilities:
** Develop the hotel`s information system in accordance with the tasks, the specifics of this area and the strategic course of the company related to IT systems together with the General manager.
** Identify and eliminate problems that users encounter when using personal computers;
** Coordinate, improve and manage the directory structure of network servers. Manage shared technological resources;
** Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and smooth operation of equipment;
** Perform specific and various functions/tasks that arise from the unique characteristics of the workplace;
** Work closely with the hotel management to ensure uninterrupted operation of the network and assist in the implementation of system services;
** Manage and direct hardware, software and network installations, ensuring compliance with HTN standards and certification procedures, including acceptance testing, and leading off-site installation work;
** Lead a team of technology service professionals to assist customers with software implementation, equipment and network usage within the hotel;
Requirements and skills:
** Previous work experience in hotel of minimum 2 years is mandatory
** Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure and implementing innovative technology solutions
** Experience on Oracle Opera Cloud PMS, Symphony, administration of servers, IPTV, IP-telephony
** Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
** Good knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
** Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.

** Strong team player and positive attitude.
** Essential to be flexible with working hours.
