Breezy is looking for an experienced KAM to join our team in Tbilisi.
Interesting tasks await you, such as:
** Management of the TIO (Trade-In Operators) network within partner retail chains and telecom operators;
** Regular visits to retail locations, monitoring operations, and providing on-site support to TIOs;
** Organizing and conducting training sessions for partner network employees on Trade-In processes;
** Operational support for partners;
** Ensuring correct and timely delivery of purchased devices from partners to the Breezy warehouse;
** Supporting the creation and maintenance of partner accounts;
** Analyzing the effectiveness of the partner network and developing initiatives to improve performance indicators;
** Forecasting the volume and quality of devices received through the Trade-In program;
** Initiating and overseeing marketing and incentive programs aimed at increasing buyback volumes;
** Organizing meetings and coordinating communication between partners and Breezy`s internal departments (IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, etc.);
** Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
We`re definitely a match if you have:
** Knowledge and understanding of the consumer electronics market;
** Understanding of sales technologies and processes in retail stores;
** Basic knowledge of marketing principles;
** Knowledge of techniques for handling customer objections;
** Understanding of the 6- or 7-step retail sales process.

** Strong negotiation and business communication skills;
** Analytical mindset and systems thinking;
** Ability to work in a team and build productive relationships with partners.
