We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Georgia. We need an experienced, independent, and proactive colleague who will make our team even stronger!
What tasks you will work on:
** Working with partners and developing sales
** Conducting negotiations, identifying partners` needs, assisting in preparing technical specifications.
** Searching for new partners and developing relationships with existing ones.
** Managing the partner database in accounting systems (AX, CRM).
** Developing the VAD and Finished Goods sales channels in Georgia.
** Monitoring the market, analyzing competitors, and identifying key projects.
** Responding promptly to crisis and non-standard situations.
** Commercial activities and sales support
** Managing pricing: issuing project prices, controlling profitability.
** Preparing commercial offers, defining financial conditions, and controlling payments.
** Full support of the sales and delivery process at all stages.
** Controlling warehouse stock: promoting stock sales, selling off non-liquids, managing warehouse turnover.
** Working with vendors and projects
** Registering projects with vendors and tracking their implementation.
** Placing orders, controlling delivery times, and reporting on planned sales.
** Ensuring vendors` competency requirements are met.
** Developing and agreeing with PLM and the vendor on the VAD development strategy in Georgia.
** Marketing activity and brand management
** Preparing and distributing promotional programs.
** Approving and controlling partners` use of DEMO equipment.
** Participating in planning, organizing, and conducting marketing events.
** Planning and performance control
** Budgeting and sales planning for the upcoming quarter.
** Monitoring KPIs and financial indicators.
** Working in company accounting systems: placing orders in AX, maintaining the pipeline in CRM.

** Successful experience in IT equipment sales (experience in electrical equipment sales will be an advantage).
** Ability to conduct business correspondence.
** Conversational level of Russian language.
