Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, expanding the customer base, strengthening partnerships, and effectively managing products to support the company`s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
** Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
** Plan and execute company growth strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
** Expand the customer base and attract new clients
** Develop, enhance, and manage products and services
** Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
** Effectively manage and utilize CRM systems
** Conduct market analysis and evaluate the competitive environment
** Optimize business processes and develop strategic plans
** Manage customer relationships and support sales activities
Requirements
** Higher education in a technical or business-related field
** Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
** Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
** Practical experience in online and offline marketing
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills
** Business-oriented and analytical mindset
** Strong problem-solving and project management skills
** Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English languages
